Latest Tannenbaum Edition Opens Some of the Last Choice Lakefront Lots 

Tannenbaum Properties, the 30-year old real estate and development company responsible for creating Tannenbaum Resort on Greers Ferry Lake has opened the latest lakefront subdivision at Tannenbaum, Silver Shores. 

Silver Shores will be subject to similar architectural guidelines as Tannenbaum Proper.  The restricted lakefront subdivision will feature community boat docks (a rare commodity on Greers Ferry Lake) with plans for future dry storage boatels.  Property owners at Silver Shores will have access to Tannenbaum’s signature, designer golf course, tennis courts, many hiking and biking trails, and more. 

Tannenbaum Resort is an exclusive residential resort community prided for maintaining the natural and serene environment in which it has been built around.  Known as one of Arkansas’ most pristine settings, Tannenbaum is well sought as one of the few restricted lakefront communities in the area.
